We believe that, empowerment of women is one of the prominent condition for social progress. We have a separate unit for women, whose assignment is to take programmes on women’s welfare.
i) Rescue and rehabilitation- One of our tasks is rescue the women, who becomes homeless after victims of domestic violence, mentally imbalanced, abused, tortured and save from traffickers.After the rescue, our volunteers are involved in the whole process of sending them to the government custody and home.
ii) Support rape victim and sexually abused- In case of any problem related to rehabilitation and shelter of raped and sexually abused women noticed, Prakash Foundation comes forward to provide assistance as much as possible.
iii) Awareness for adolescence girl- Teenage girls needs the proper advice and guidance of physicians and psychologists to deal with the physical and mental problems they face during the adolescence period. The Prakash Foundation also organise Counseling based workshop for them.
